ARCreated was founded by Aminda as her work in the fitness industry led her to realize that we need a new view of wellness, that living WELL, looks and feels different for each person and that we have different challenges to achieving that state. Utilizing her background in personal training and yoga she has developed a group of modalities that work together to achieve better results and helps us enjoy the NOW while we work towards our goals. It is our mission to help people set and seek healthy, attainable, reasonable and sustainable goals and to learn the tools and information necessary to reach and maintain those goals. It is our promise to continue to look for and learn new tools, tips and techniques that will support the growth and wellness of ourselves and our clients.
